I had a very bad experience at this place. I ordered their special dish but it was very spicy. Also we ordered laccha Paratha , Roti Ani Rice. But the waiter brought everything at the same time and it got cold. Laccha Paratha was half cooked. Roti wasn't good either. Rice had less salt. Still we tried to enjoy whatever we got but then we took the salt container and couldn't get salt out of it so opened the small container and small insects fell into the plate. It was horrific to see this. The atmosphere is so good so we thought atleast hygiene would be good but we were wrong. Also place has good rating because of ambience and not the food and hygiene. Also the bathroom is dirty. Waste of money. Hopefully the restaurant will make positive changes after...

Visited the restaurant at padmarao nagar Kritunga first time ... It's was a worst experience over there... Service is completely worst ... Service boys are not at all responding ... One of the person was sweating and cleaned his forehead with his hand and the same hands used for serving food... The quality of food is also not good lemon given was spoiled and paneer in paneer butter masala curry is smelly ,jeera rice is bitter , raita given is watery... Didn't even provided finger bowl ,service boys taking care of a single table majorly not taking care of others and even if we call them they are not ready to respond properly ...waiting period is very irritating here ... Hands down some of the best food I’ve recently had… The menu offers a wide variety of options, and everything we tried was delicious. I especially loved the creative twists on classic dishes…! The service at this Kritunga The Palegar’s Cuisine (Padmaraonagar) is top-notch! The staff is friendly, attentive, and goes above and beyond to ensure a memorable dining experience.
