Great food but terrible ambience. We ordered chicken biriyani, Rumali roti, and chicken tikka. Everything was delicious. The biriyani had lots of rice and two huge chicken pieces, Chicken tikka was also very good. You can also order cold drinks. We waited for 30 minutes to get into the air conditioned seating, which is expectable as it was very crowded. However, once we were inside people would just come in/go out and leave the door open defeating the whole purpose of the room. We had to ask the staff several times, to keep the door closed. Moreover, even though we still had lots of food on our plates a group just came and stood beside our table so that they could sit after we finished. This made us very uncomfortable, they stood there for another 20 minutes. It's the restaurant's job to make sure this doesn't happen.

One of the worst experiences that I had in Charminar. I was not given my bill even upon insisting many times. The cashier randomly gave me someone else’s bill when I said that I had to claim in my office. For half plate biryani, I was asked to take a seater upstairs without AC. And they never provide you a bill there. The bill is given only for the people who sit in the AC seaters and who have full plate biryani. All they wanted to do is save tax from the government. The cleaner was on full booze & doing crazy stuffs. As a woman, I felt really uncomfortable around this old guy. The attitude of the staff/cashier is no good. We say customer is the king. I was treated as if I was there to avail free food. DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDING ANYONE. Food is average Service bad Atmosphere bad

We went on a work in the near by market, it happens to be lunch time so we’ve choose this one because it has a some history, they didn’t quite keep up with the time though. Since its the lunch time, AC dining is full of crowd, but fortunately we did find a table. We asked for cool water bottle which not available, so had room temperature water in this hot hot summer, we’ve asked for coke, again available in room temperature, how in the world they can’t provide cool water or cool drinks in the summer? I didn’t like it. We ordered Chicken biryani, the masala and rice were good enough but not the chicken. Not marinated properly not coocked properly. That is bad. A hotel with a rich history couldn’t update themselves. They need to work on it.

Madina Hotel claims that they are since 1947, however their service is very poor and doesn’t match with their claim. Sitting ambience is quite good. I order a Heleem(claim that it their one of the best items) the cost is 260₹, which is reasonable as it is of mutton(claimed by them). I got this beautiful named dish in disposable. Which made me think 🤔 do they not have cutleries for this premium dish. I would not recommend their Haleem, so far as I didn’t like the taste but I had eat it all…I have attached the picture. Giving water is a good practice, but it has become new normal, for that also we have to pay… At least a complimentary water and decent cutleries can be given as service.

Tasty hydrabadi briyani , comfortable seating , good staff . Madina hotel is a famous for Hyderabadi briyani very delicious briyani, This hotel located far near charminar. The rice was perfectly cooked and fragrant, and the mutton was good and flavorful. The spices used in the dish were well balanced and added a depth of flavor that was truly delicious prices are little much expensive well maintained neat and clean and well satisfied hotel Staff is also friendly. Overall, I highly recommend giving mutton biryani a try. It's a hearty and satisfying dish serve here Menu is added in my photo section.

Worst experience.. 1)Ordered apollo fish... I think they have marinated the fish before lockdown...very bad smell is coming out of fish... 2) Biryani and apollo fish are expensive but they are not even providing onion salad.. 3)Power backup is not properly installed..i think they are still using manually operating generator...2 to 3 times we have experienced power outage in 30 minutes... 5) Seating is right beside washrooms... 6) Charging 5% extra on card payments...i mean what is wrong with these guys..
