Read moreHorrible! It was a very bad experience. I still regret why I went there with my family.
Under the name of "Family Section," there are six cabins that were basically made for chicken and mutton mandi, but they have also opened them for starters and main course.
When we order a complete lunch or dinner in the family section, we have to adjust the food ourselves on the small tables, which are actually meant for mandi. There’s only one entry and exit, and in the same family section, there’s an AC section for men as well, where bachelors keep coming and going. Because of that, the atmosphere always feels like a general section, not a private family space.
After this, get ready for the unprofessional behavior of the waiters. First of all, no waiter comes to take your order for a long time. And when someone finally comes, they bring whatever is ready in their kitchen 15–20 minutes after taking the order, regardless of what you actually ordered. They don’t care whether you’ve ordered a starter first—they might bring biryani or the main course first and just tell you that the starter is taking time, so eat this for now. You don’t really have a choice; you’re forced to eat whatever is served because in such a situation, even canceling the order and leaving isn’t an option. Whatever arrives, arrives—and by the time the remaining dishes are served, your hunger is already gone.
This hotel is okay for takeaway, or maybe just visit with your bachelor colleagues. But don’t make the mistake of going there with your family. The food quality is good, but everything gets spoiled due to unprofessional waiters and...
Read moreI am writing to offer constructive feedback aimed at enhancing the quality of services and hygiene standards at your esteemed establishment. Having recently dined at your restaurant, I believe there are areas where improvement could greatly benefit both your patrons and your business.
Firstly, while I appreciate the affordability of your menu offerings, it's imperative to ensure that cost-effectiveness does not come at the expense of hygiene. During my visit, I observed certain lapses in cleanliness, particularly in the restroom facilities and dining area. Implementing more rigorous cleaning protocols and regularly monitoring the cleanliness of all areas can significantly enhance the overall dining experience for your customers.
Additionally, I would like to suggest improvements in service efficiency and attentiveness. While the staff was courteous, there were instances of delays in taking orders and delivering meals. Strengthening staff training programs to prioritize prompt service and proactive communication with customers can streamline operations and elevate the level of customer satisfaction.
In conclusion, I believe that by addressing these areas for improvement, your restaurant can not only maintain its reputation for affordability but also establish itself as a paragon of cleanliness and service excellence. Thank you for considering my feedback, and I look forward to witnessing positive changes that will benefit both patrons and your...
