I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS CATERING SERVICE. THIS MANAGEMENT DOES NOT DESERVE FOR ANY STAR.
Worst coordination and Very much irresponsible manager and Management 1.Poor planning, coordination irresponsible, rediculess management by the Manager. This Catering service completely spoiled our event all my honarable guests are dissapointed with low class food, Literally We have informed management about our event 20 days prior ( PAID FULL AMOUNT BEFORE EVENTAS THEY ASKED TO PAY) and also we were in continues follow ups, til the day before event
NOT ONLY FOOD, BUT TRUST AND DEDICATION, COORDINATION, COMMUNICATION IS THE KEY TO REACH CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND HAPPY WHICH MEMORIA BANQUET HALL DOES NOT HAVE. I AM WRITING THIS BECAUSE THEY HAVE MADE US GUILT IN FRONT OF ALL OUR GUESTS ( WHO CAME FROM DIFFERENT STATES)
We asked them to be there at sharp 11 Am in the morning, on event day....Inspite of multiple follow ups, The great manager told that he has emergency and told The Banquet hall catering service unable to coordinate.. They were completely useless. We surprised how this this managmnt don't have back up facility when such emergency in place. They don't have any back up..
Last min they kept us wait and prepered very cheap and low class food with normal menu which we did not even wanted.
NO welcome drink, No dessert, No ice cream, No common items, FOOD IS not suffecient, NO catering dress, it's looks like they cooked the food road side and sent us ( which was really not suffienct to our guest) that to tooooo late meanwhile my guests are already waiting since long for lunch.

The only reason i am writing this review so that others can take wise decision. I would say I am only 50% satisfied with their service. Coming to food - Non veg items tasted really good but veg item was very very spicy. I was busy for my function so didn’t get to taste the food before the party started. But atleast chef should have tasted and adjusted the taste. Ice cream that was ordered was completely melted and when we raised concern we were told that party hall should have had fridge facility available. I was wondering which apartment banquet hall will give fridge facility and moreover why was this not communicated when we finalised the menu. Rather we were promised that food will be hot and cold items will be cold and we need not to worry about anything once we give them the order. A/C they maintained 30 degrees, they are claiming it is automatic, worst banquet hall
In general manager resolves the issues. Here manager started annoying after party started. He enforced to vacate early for next party. He stopped the ac before completing the event. He started removing the decoration on stage before event completed.
He is very sure of this banquet hall worst service, so he collected all the money before event started.
No seperate wash rooms for men and women. No markings on doors. No dress changing rooms, they provided office rooms for dress changing which has cc room installed, so we have to choose washrooms for dress changing, very pathetic.
Manager behaviour is the main problem for this Banquet hall. If you ask something to staff they route you to manager, then magaer route you to MD. Complete team is unprofessional.
