McDonald's — Restaurant in Hyderabad

Literally not operating as per operation time. We went at 10:40 pm and store was supposed to get close at 11:00pm . There were no other food options left nearby because of holiday but the store staff denied taking order stating they can't take the order. It was 20mins left as per official timings but store staff denied us food. This was such a bad treatment by staff and they denied for dinein , takeaway both and even when I tried giving order online they said that they don't want to accept it. Literally never will prefer for McDonald's ever after such a treatment by one of their franchise. Worst experience...

The ambience and food quality is great. But for some reason the staff look undertrained and they took a lot of time to serve food compared to every other McD I visited in the city. Moreover, the kitchen is not visible from the counter so its hard to guess why it takes them so long to serve food. I visited the store today and even though there is ample space for parking but still there is no proper place to park cars. All the bikes were occupied in the parking and we need to park cars on roads. There was not security person around.

Ordered food was very warm and not hot to serve. We ordered wraps and burgers all of the food was very warm.
