Midland Bakers — Restaurant in Hyderabad

Visited this place to order a cake for my son's first birthday. They suggested the cakes and guided us(flavours, quantity,etc...) in a good way but they charged me extra 300/- (4km distance) to deliver my cake to my function place even though they have board "Free Delivery"at their entrance. As it is 5kg cake and to have hassle free, i agreed with the delivery charges. But the most disappoint thing is , they delivered my cake in a shapeout stage and came to deliver on bike with 5kg cake. The most stupidity thing is they dont have vehicle also to deliver but have the board saying "Free Delivery" . Spoiled the look of cake and taste of ordered cake. Very disappointed with you. Never suggest you to anyone. Everyone blamed the cake in function because of no shape. First remove the Free Delivery board from there. Dont loot the people and deliver the ordered cake to have their function great and increase your branding productivity. Dont loose your mark or brand for these silly...

Only one good this is you get 1+1 on a Burger. But there is no proper management in the outlet here in Chandanagar. Gave the order and was waiting at the counter for 15 mins and no one took the order. I was expecting a direct delivery of my order and then when I ask where my burger is the guy says you did not provide the token. Crazyyyy !! Then what were you starring at when I was standing at the counter for 15 mins man.

No lights even at 6 PM until the owner (guess) came and ordered to switch them on and all the while I was thinking there was no power due to rain. Guys we have better and best Bakeries around ans pls try to attend a customer rather than chatting within...

Midland Baker's in Chandanagar is a very good bakery. All the snacks available here are tasty. The regular snacks like Samosa, veg, egg and paneer puff are awesome. The pastries and cake are very delicious. Chef Malik prepares them very well. ( We had placed a bulk order of 100 black forest pastries and they were yummy, the everyone liked it so much and wanted more ). The chef is very courteous and prepared the pastries as per order. The bakery is kept very clean. The staff are very helpful. There are over the counter snacks and birthday items available here. They also have a Juice counter at the entrance. Over all a good place for snacks,...
