Balaji Santosh Family Dhaba — Restaurant in Hyderabad

Food lovers especially veggie guys... You'll experience the good taste here i can say. They use fine ingredients but not rich though. I visited many santosh dhaba across Hyderabad but here, I visited twice and both the times i visited was unintentional..

Talking about the hygiene, I didn't like the surface of the seating and air conditioner had a full of dust. Though i requested one guy to turn the ac off, he denied and took it easy. They do not accept cards which was disappointing thing for me because I was not able to use gpay, phonepe etc due to issues with my bank. Also, you see ATM are not close by. You see icici ATM and that'll be around 1 km from this dhaba.

I rate 3 because i am actually satisfied with the food slightly but the service and facility is not at all upto the mark.

I leave it on you now if you are habituated to visit such places and adjust with it, then this place is for you but...

Worst place to be in. Waiters do not serve, they will put everything on you small table for four and you need take care of everything from water to food and also the empty plates. We were only four members that too with 2 kids so our order was very Minimal. The table was so small and waiter didn't seem to have time to remove the serving bowls and plates from the table. I saw few members confronting the waiter and manager for the most stupid service but I chose the review way. Food is pathetic. We ordered paneer butter masala and it was the worst ever i tasted so far. Chutneys is better, guys I know it's costly but you have another option of brijwasi aabhar that's 10 times better than this. We regretted going to the hotel and instead we could have ordered something...

It's a vegetarian restaurant. When we entered the hotel one staff member was packing curry, dal etc in small packets. He was doing it throughout our evening lunch. Seems preparing takeaway packets for Zomato etc, not to delay the order. The curry and dal were not praiseworthy to mention, but the roti was good. For starters we ordered crispy con which was awesome. It was really good. Serving was good. But for reasons known to them after completion of lunch, no finger bowls were served to clean our hands.
