This Review is just on service i would like bring it up. No idea on Food actually. We went to order cake and puffs for Birthday party and we parked the vehicle in given the parking slot . But by mistake we started to left side which is a hospital i guess. The security persons stopped and asked to remove the vehicle from parking thinking we are not visiting KS bakers. I said we want to order Cake and Food for a birthday they didn't believe use and still insisted us to remove vehicle we clearly mentioned we are Infront of you and not entered other premise/hospital as they are thinking . But still they asked to remove the vehicle then explain what we want to. They are rude and not listening what we are trying to explain. Very pathetic service from the security persons. Some how reported the matter to store now the security person came inside the store and started arguing which we didn't expect. Anyways we completed what we want to order and left. KS Bakers is turning into a classic example of in-demand business driven by legacy of tasty fast food, losing focus on customer experience. Because they seem to be running the business with such arrogant confidence or at least ignorance. I bet they'll loose out to other players if they don't course correct. And no, this is not COVID driven but self inflicted when they're capable to be better.

Why am I saying this though I've been admiring their taste for two decades now? Their standards have fallen to the level as if they're doing charity while servicing customer orders, making customers queue up and wait endlessly with no clear expectations on wait time. And then, they run out of stock by evenings on their fast moving items such as burgers and hot dogs. This is not from just one experience but multiple across Chandanagar and Miyapur outlets this year. Hope they can course correct and preserve...
