I had to give 1 star as there is no scope for Zero star. Not sure how genuine the 5-star ratings are Visited on 12th Feb for friends party, ambience is below normal, not meet Jubilee Hills standard. Opted ala carte as unlimited package has lot of T&Cs Food portion served is toooo little. We were enjoying our conversation more than drinks/food. Meanwhile, DJ increased the sound to unbearable level - music system only has volume but no Equalizer which gave a feeling of music played on china phone with a mike. For sure he is NOT a trained DJ if yes, he would know the levels A family(with small kids) roaming on the floor(not sure if it's legal) and they started to dance but everyones ears were paining due to the level of sound. We shifted to a corner table, but even the speaker in our corner is still harming with sound. We asked to reduce the volume a little again, but manager responded 'will try to reduce in few min' which never came. We understood that our concern is least bothered to them which definitely annoys anyone. We asked to disconnect the speaker at our corner but the answer we got is 'they CANNOT' as all speakers are centrally connected through wires. Felt cheap as all modern restaurants now a days has remote control on every component. We informed we would check-out in middle if volume is not reduced, then they reduced for 2min and again increased to unbearable level. We stood on our words, vacated the place, didn't feel like paying a tip. They successfully spoiled our party mood. Probably someone might respond to this review with apologies and will take care next time BUT 'TIME & TRUST LOST ONCE CANNOT BE RECLAIMED...
Read moreUnfortunately, the only good thing about this place is ambience. But it will not be enough the moment you taste food here. Pretty average food. Karaoke night was happening when I visited this place. Now I don’t have a problem with karaoke nights but when it was getting too noisy I have asked the manager to decrease the volume and he simply said he will not do that because a group was fully involved in it. There were hardly any people except us and that group the day I visited. Now, if the whole is booked by that group then they shouldn’t have allowed us in the first place. But they did. If they did, they should have at least acknowledged our request to decrease the volume as it was only getting difficult to have a conversation within the table and had to leave the place as quickly as possible because the place was so noisy that it gave me a headache 😕
Half the menu is not available. Whatever menu was available didn’t look promising. Whatever we ordered- tandoori malai broccoli, rumali roti with Hyderabad chicken masala were just average.
If you still want to check out the place, I would suggest going with a group of people would decrease the amount of...
Read morePlease read my complete review and don't get fooled. My team had reserved this place for an outing and we were approximately 30+ folks from our company . We opted for a drinks package with special serving for a large group. We were very disappointed with the overall experience.
a) Dishonest: The owner and his manager are dishonest. They took 6k for booking the place and to return the booking amount once the full is paid. 2k was not returned to my team.
b) Food and Service: Food arrived after 60. mins of our arrival though we informed the manager our exact time of arrival. he intentionally did this to save food. Food quality was pathetic and there was not even a single item that was well prepared. Most of the items were very very oil with a lot of red chilli powder. No deserts were served though it was part of package. The desert was served when half of the folks had left. Starters were not served on the table which is typically the norm and it was promised while booking.
b) Nectar guys charged separately to my team randomly even though we paid them for 40 pax.
We reached out to the manager with our concerns but he stopped answering our calls...
