Worst experience I had with the cashier.

When I went for the DD. I have filled out the form and all the details. After doing all the formalities I waited in the cashier line for 15min.

The cashier said it would take 20min time then I said okay for it. Again the cashier said to give the application form at the help desk. When I went to the help desk she was making jokes with her colleagues and not taking care.

Again I went to the cashier line, The cashier simply said it will take 1 hr time. And he is suggesting that I go to another branch.

Waste of using this branch...

Please don’t prefer to visit this branch. The service is worst. the attitude of the employees are not acceptable. They are guiding the customers with wrong information.

Rather visit any other HDFC bank branch. I visited Madhapur branch & there the customer reception was good, information providing & problem resolving is excellent. The best part is in Madhapur branch they are not wasting customers...

Rarely the staffs able to provide solution in this branch. Perhaps they were not empowered by the higher authority. The front end staff should have adequate authority to provide solution to the customer. They depend on higher authority for even simpler solution that I experienced from...
