Our recent visit to Paradise LingamPally, Hyderabad was an exercise in pure disappointment(travelled 600 km to reach this fortunate place from Pune). From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt less like a fine dining establishment and more like a poorly lit waiting room. The air was thick with a sense of apathy, a feeling that was only amplified by the service. Our waiter was a ghost, appearing only to drop off our food and then vanishing as if her shift had ended the moment our plates hit the table. (I was searching for spoons and forks, salt and tissue paper for my kids) We were looking for options in the menu card instead the waiter was insisting the menu items (itane hee items milenge)
The food was bland, the service was nonexistent, and the entire evening felt like a waste of time and money. But all of that paled in comparison to the single most outrageous item on the bill: the water. Sixty rupees. Let me repeat that: Sixty rupees for a single bottle of water. What kind of establishment thinks this is acceptable? This wasn't some imported, artisanal water; it was a basic bottle you can get for a fraction of the cost anywhere else. The sheer audacity to charge such an exorbitant amount for something so fundamental speaks volumes about you enjoy...
Read moreI had one of the worst experiences with Paradise Biryani, Lingampalli, during my takeaway order. I came here expecting biryani for my train journey while leaving Hyderabad, but the staff said biryani was not available and only curry with bread was being served. When I asked for paneer with paratha, they further limited it to only chicken curry option with rumali roti.
I had no other choice due to time, so I placed the order. To my shock, the so‑called curry I received for ₹320 was just plain gravy with barely 2–3 broken pieces and nothing else worth mentioning. The taste was completely disappointing, and it felt like a total waste of money. On top of that, they did not even provide a proper bill despite me paying via UPI.
For such a reputed outlet, this kind of service and quality is unacceptable. Extremely dissatisfied with the experience definitely not what one would expect...

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this biryani outlet. The prices are inflated, and the quantity is ridiculously small. Today, I ordered a takeaway with a 33-minute wait time, and what did I get? A package filled with leftover masala rice! I wasted ₹845 on what was essentially a reheated, unappetizing meal.
The red flags were there from the start. When they told me they didn't have roti available for my parcel order, I should have walked away. But I decided to proceed, and it was a mistake.
The quality of food, lack of transparency about ingredients, and poor customer service have led me to boycott this outlet forever. If you value your money and your taste buds, stay away from this place.
Recommendation: Avoid this outlet at all costs. There are better, more honest biryani...
