Unfortunately, my recent experience with this restaurant via Swiggy was quite disappointing. The cake I ordered on March 30th seemed stale and not fresh, with an unpleasantly hard texture. I have ordered Black Forest Cake, 1kg through Zomato on 07 Dec 2023. The Cake was for celebrations during an Office event, it was ordered with a message to be put on the Cake. The Order got delayed by 1/2 Hr or so, order was under preparation so I can safely assume that it was delayed by the Restaurant. Finally, Cake arrived but without the requested message on it. The delivery was 15 min delayed and delivered 12:15 in the night when the order was placed well ahead. Our cake was taken away by other delivery person and they had to put a replacement order and the final delivery was 15 minutes delayed. The taste was ok ok and the base was not freshly made.
