Read moreUpon examining the packaging of the product depicted in image one, a significant discrepancy is evident between the depiction on the top cover of the box and the actual contents within, particularly in the most densely packed area. This disparity is misleading to consumers and creates a negative brand experience. The deceptive nature of the packaging is further compounded by the misleading representation of the product's ingredients. The box prominently displays images suggesting the presence of almonds and butter, yet the actual product seems to lack these advertised components. This misrepresentation not only disappoints customers but also raises concerns about the product's authenticity and the company's ethical practices. Such deceptive advertising tactics ultimately erode consumer trust and can lead to dissatisfaction and negative reviews. The visual contrast between the promised ingredients and the actual contents is stark, creating a sense of betrayal for the consumer who expects the product to match its advertised composition. This experience not only leaves a negative impression but also raises questions about the overall quality control and integrity of the brand. The company's decision to present a misleading image on the packaging is a disservice to customers who rely on accurate product information to make informed purchasing decisions. This practice is not only unethical but also potentially damaging to the company's reputation in the long run. The misleading imagery, coupled with the apparent absence of the advertised key ingredients, creates a deeply unsatisfactory experience for the consumer, leaving them feeling cheated...
Read moreDear Sir/Madam, Specially to higher officials,
I would like to share my recent experience at Pista House, and I hope this feedback reaches the higher officials. My visit left much to be desired in terms of customer service and overall satisfaction.
The service provided by the staff, including the agents and waiters, was subpar, and their attitude towards customers was disappointing. Communication with the organizers was challenging, and it gave the impression of a lack of professionalism.
One of the main issues was the quality of the food. I ordered a rumali roti, and it was not properly prepared. It seemed as though it was about to decompose. When I requested an exchange, I was met with a dismissive attitude.
I strongly advise against visiting Pista House with family, as the experience is better suited for gatherings with friends or groups. It appears that the establishment prioritizes certain customers, while others receive less favorable treatment.
Additionally, the wait time for the bill was excessively long, and I had to leave my table to check on the bill payment, which was quite frustrating.
I question whether Pista House's official standards include a thorough evaluation of customer service, or if the focus is solely on revenue. In today's competitive market, having a full wallet doesn't guarantee a positive dining experience. Even when one is prepared to pay, the expected level of service is often lacking.
I believe that addressing these issues will greatly improve the overall customer experience at Pista House and help maintain the reputation of the brand.
Please do something before u start loosing a customer...
