Absolutely the worst place you can find in Hyderabad!!! The AC hasn't been working since over a year or more, but nobody bothers! You sweat in the sultry and dirty surroundings of the restaurant, no one to serve you for almost 20-30 minutes each time!! Then those ever grumpy waiters never care about service and even clearly tell you to get out if you are not happy!!! Their restaurant clearly says AC, but they think it's okay to run the restaurant without ac, but still charge the same rates!!! The 2nd time we went to have our lunch we placed a order for chicken 555 and fish briyani the briyani was too soft looking like yesterday rice when we call the server and asked thim abt this he argues with me and telling fish briyani will be like this only (did we don't kno how the briyani will be the weast server is teaching us abt briyani) after paying the bill we given some tip again the 2nd time he is demanding more tip what is this stupid thing is anyone there to teach them abt customer service and their behaviour ask them to behave like professional not like a cheap restaurant or hotel serve such a good restaurant they are spoiling...

I had a horrible experience with shades Bar & Restaurant(Shiva road) this noon, first of all we sneaked into the a.c bar(2nd floor) from scorching sun,hoping we can have quick drinks & food but a.c isnt working, next we ordered dal fry , we were delivered a stale dal fry wid pungent smell & then we ordered curd rice, we got the curd rice but without any curd in it(dry curd rice) & when we complained to waiters & stewards,they informed us to go & talk to management & again no person from management was available to talk on this subject , no proper service & hospitality.
