U.S. Pizza Vidyanagar — Restaurant in Hyderabad

One of the worst experiences ever!

First of all, they said, they have no salad available with the unlimited pizza. I thought it was fine, until I waited 30 minutes for the garlic bread to arrive.

The garlic bread was brought along with the pizza. I did not specifically ask them to do so. I mean, why not serve the garlic bread first and then, bring the pizza instead of keeping the customer waiting.

Then came a total shocker, when they asked me to buy bottled water, because they did not have regular drinking water. Forcing a customer to buy bottled water from you is never a good idea, when you are running a restaurant in India.

Now, I would like to also mention about the mocktails they offer. They are not cold. Extremely small portions - almost served in tea cup sized cups. They taste bad. They smell even worse. Do you know how much they cost? 149 rupees. That's outright fraud and cheating.

I hated the whole experience. Never going back...

Very pathetic service. Highlight twist was we had gone for pizza buffet, the service guy is asking us for the pricing. Soup was not served. And for salads also he showed us the empty bowls to have them. Pizza also we asked for panget pizza means he simply left saying no panget pizza available in buffet. And he left the rest of pizza there and asked us to complete it for the next pizza. And one more surprise is he has served us the Brownie with ice cream with black current sauce on it and says it is the fantastic combination we serve daily like this to all customers.

As we asked owner for the menu means he said it is not available. In the end we asked the tab for review means he says it is not available as the store is under renovation.

In the meanwhile we have enquired about the buffet in other store(kukatpally). He has very clearly explained what are available on buffet. But here we haven't received...

I used to go for unlimited pizza which is very affordable and it's near to my home 🏠, it's cost around 300 to 400 rs for 2 person. In unlimited i used to get salads with different varieties ,soup, garlic bread 🥪,pizza of your choice veg or non- veg and finally chocolate brownie with vanilla toppings. I really like it because the food is much better but it won't be like Domino's but it will satisfy your taste. If you're planning to eat unlimited pizza options you have to have an empty stomach so that you can eat more ... And you can skip breakfast and dinner.
