Baskin Robbins — Restaurant in Hyderabad

I am very very very upset with the store as I ordered icecream cake on 2nd of April on Swiggy which was reflected that 500 gm was not available so I have chosen 1000gm of choco truffle flavour with the help of 10min Bolt which I can get early and I paid extra for delivery. After 15 mins I got call from delivery agent that the store haven't given the order so I spoken to manager Naresh he is guiding me that 1000 gm of choco truffle flavour is not available 500 gm is available, 1000gm was sold just a sec ago to another person. This is irrelevant to me manager is guiding me to take another flavour which made me sick. I was ordered for kids which they like after knowing this manager insisted to choose another flavour. I was said to him to try from another branch to place my order still no use of it I have wasted my time overall it tooked of 40 mins nearly. I was not at all accepted for choosing another flavour so manager given hint to cancel my order. This is not at all done. Very very bad experience from Baskin Robbin👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻. I hope it couldn't repeat...

Went to have thick shake on a hot suumer after noon. Ordered a chocolate thick shake . Leave alone thick shake the quality is worst than the average roadside milk shake.
