Invoice id: 0000271 All these years I have only seen a green knife being used in the vegetable section. Today, they used a red one and when I asked, I was told the color does not matter; however, I thought the color was important for food safety and preventing cross-contamination.

More concerning is that the staff are not using new hand gloves. An employee used disposable gloves, then instead of disposing of them, set them aside—possibly for reuse.

I have been your customer for a long time, and since the renovation, I have noticed a decline in hygiene standards. I hope you will look into this...

SUBWAY- It's my utmost favorite thing.Be wise enough to choose what amount of vegetables and what flavoured sausages can make your dish delicious.Subway is the only food store which can benefit your health as well as fulfill your cravings.Since they bake their own bread, that's yet another reason why they stand unique.Particularly,this branch is lovely enough that they properly customize according to your choices. Staff was irresponsive. The staff doesn't consider any special request of toppings. The staff don't know which sauces are spicy and which are not. She just poured honey mustard all over the sub and spoiled the taste of the sandwich.

The staff member who was preparing my subway sandwich said

"We can't afford to put more veggies like olives and jalapeños because they are very costly and our store is already running on loss."
