shree santosh family dhaba — Restaurant in Hyderabad

I usually like santosh dhabas, but this one seems to be pathetic.. the waiter doesn't even know to get all the curries in the main course section.. he was waiting to order it for us on aloo jeera dry curry after our main course was over.. what a joke.. and even better thing during the time of billing he was saying sorry for the jeera rice..

This place lacks decent experience and they have just appointed some boys to run the place..

Such a disappointing experience when you the waiter isn't even clear of what customers want, even after listing them down after confirming multiple times.. even was able to screw up after all that.. such a joke this place is..

Better avoid this place.. bad hygiene.. the cucumber in salad...

Very bad taste and presentation. All products are highly priced and do not have any value. In menu they put in as butter roti, and serve tandoori, on asking they say this is the only roti they have! Ordered aloo parata, that is also made in tandoor, half cooked, and filling only a little bit in the centre. Ordered masala salad, and for that they served few carrot, cucumber and tomato slices completely covered with chilli powder and salt, nothing else. Ordered masala papad, papad was full of oil and just on top they added carrot and onion, nothing else....

Poor ambience and smelly sitting area, dim lights like a Bar, yellowish looking plates, average taste of food (missing that flavour of General Santosh Dhaba veg food all over in Hyderabad). Overall, the experience was of spoiling the mood of some one like me who took a wrong decision of hosting my Mom's Birthday Dinner at this place.

Generally, the Santosh Dhaba's around Hyderabad are good for Pure veg food lovers like me, but this place disappointed me on the name of...
