Sri Sai Raghavendra Udipi Hotel (Pure Veg) — Restaurant in Hyderabad

I am writing to express my shock and disgust at the appalling experience I had with my recent order from your hotel . On 05/12/2024, I ordered masala dosa & plain dosa from your establishment, but what I got was a cockroach-infested sambar.

The presence of a cockroach in my food is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the hygiene and cleanliness standards maintained in your kitchen. As a customer, I expect a certain level of quality and safety in the food I consume, and your hotel has failed miserably in this regard.

I request you to take immediate action to address this issue, including:

Providing a full refund for my order Taking disciplinary action against the staff responsible for preparing and serving the food Conducting a thorough cleaning and sanitization of the kitchen and dining areas Implementing stricter quality control measures to prevent such incidents in the future

I would appreciate a prompt response regarding the actions you will take to address this issue. If I do not receive a satisfactory response, I will be forced to take my business elsewhere and share my negative experience with friends, family, and online review platforms.

I had plate meals here which was 89 rupees. My stomach was full with one plate meal. The rate is also reasonable. The sitting sofa's were clean. But there is some trouble finding parking. I parked my vehicle at the metro parking lot and had my food here. If you are looking for a low price and good food , then this is the best hotel for you. I don't know...
