I've attempted to sample the cuisine from Square House several times without success. Today, being my birthday, I was determined to indulge, so I called them in the morning. Dr. Rakesh answered, and fortunately, I managed to place an order for chicken fry, paneer, paneer curry, bagara rice, boti curry, chicken curry, and dal. I mentioned it was my birthday, and Dr. Rakesh promised a special combo. I eagerly awaited my order. I recently had the pleasure of trying Bagara with Telangana Kodi kura and I must say, it was absolutely delicious! The rice was perfectly cooked and fragrant, and the chicken was tender and flavorful. The spices used in the dish were well balanced and added a depth of flavor that was truly exceptional.

One of the things I particularly appreciated about the dish was also studded with raisins and cashews, which added a nice touch of sweetness and crunch.
