OYO Hotel Imperial Classic Near Snow World — Hotel in Hyderabad

We had major issues with this hotel. Firstly, we booked this hotel on the pretext that we were getting free car parking. But unfortunately, this was not to be, as the Hotel wanted us to park it on the road and the shopkeeper had problems of us parking our car in front of his shop.

The rooms were sub standard..The curtain railing fell off and there were cockroaches all around to welcome us. The water from the commode was flowing continuously. There was a technique to flush without which it was seriously difficult to control it.

There was a dirty stench in the bathroom, that made us feel that we needed to inform the hotel.

The window couldn't be shut completely due to which the sounds from the road and outside was clearly heard.

The extra one star is for the staff who found that they did a half hearted work at cleaning the room that they cleaned the room when were away for our visits. The Location of the hotel is very prime.

Overall, an unfavourable experience with this hotel and would not recommend it...

Extremely disappointed. We were given a room far below the standards of what we paid. They convinced us it was executive suite even though we stayed in the executive suite before. They listed deluxe rooms as executive to cheat people as there is no refund if we cancel. Room was small with no ventilation. No sense to properly place furniture according to size of room, we had to remove the table and chairs ourselves to easily walk to bed. Just one cheap quality latch on door for security. Washroom had broken taps for both sink and shower. Shower was just an overflowing tap. Hotel does not provide basic things like kettle and tea/coffee. The glasses and plates they gave us were not cleaned properly. We booked room here because we had a nice stay previously and location is quite good, but after this horrible experience we will never return...

Worst Experience Had For the First time for an Business trip booking. Worst room quality with charge per day they are taking. Room quality was horrible, furnitures were old, door locks were not working, electrical sockets were not working, ceiling fan was making noise, washroom fittings were damaged, washroom room door lock was not working. They don't know the meaning of hospitality, no complimentary service nothing. Would recommend not to choose this third graded stay unless you're in urgency...
