Hotel O Sri Sai Regency — Hotel in Hyderabad

This hotel is run by a bunch of frauds, they advertise to sell their AC rooms for 799 in Oyo website/application but when you book and reach the reception they say that their rooms are 1999 and don't allow us to check in, when I spoke to the Oyo area manager he says we will pay the remaining amount to the hotel but again the receptionist denies to checkin saying us that Oyo doesn't pay the balance amount and we will only allow you to checkin once OYO pays them the balance amount. Also the rooms offer you the worst toilet drainage system where the water doesn't seem to go away from the sink. The rooms were great and over good but oke.The problem we faced was we had a late check in although we had informed that we would have a late check in They didn't kept oru rooms ready so we had to eait almost 1hr.
