Swiss Castle Bakery, ECIL — Restaurant in Hyderabad

I understand this is a reputed brand, but the service seems to be lacking respect and clarity of pricing. Today I visited your bakery at ECIL , I am disappointed with 3 issues. Pricing : None of your product has a price indicated, do we need to wait and ask your guys for each every thing in your fridge,is that what you wanted, and the guy behind the counter replies and goes as he is busy as well.the pricing has been raised a lot after this COVID season. Ridiculous pricing. Respect : One of the customer was shocked looking at his bill because there is no pricing, a piece of Black Forest cake is 90 rs , and he was asking to show the price of the cakes on the bill atleast, the lady cashier says you can come inside the counter and check the computer if you have any doubt 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️.After a bit of argument the guy left ,the lady mur muring later on , “If you want you come or else go some where else🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️.” She is a lady with dark complexion and bit chubby. It is disappointing to say that this has been the most unresponsive Swiss Castle branch we have ever dealt with. We have always ordered our cakes from Narayanaguda, Musheerabad and occasionally the Maredpally branches without any issues. However, given our new home and it's proximity, we decided to coordinate with ECIL branch. Despite multiple calls and messages, they were unable to confirm a simple customized birthday cake order and kept stalling, saying that we would get back to us in an hour, after lunch, and then inthe evening. We became concerned that if they couldn't even take our order, how would they be able to fulfill it. So we ended up placing order with Just Bakes instead (only took 10 mins).
