Wow! Momo — Restaurant in Hyderabad

Tonight a few minutes ago me and my friend went to this wow momo outlet.. And order their 2 plates of pahari chicken steam momo. Which contains 8 pieces each. All things are going well until my friend finds one hair on the last piece of momo. And that hair was in the dip they give with momos. From being in the hospitality industry I know these things are unfortunate. So I called one server and politely showed him. He took that off from the table to his senior and came back to me with a solution. That they are ready to compensate by replacing. I asked him how many pieces we will get. He replied, one full plate. I repeat to him it means 8 pieces ? He agrees. Then I told him to make it for take away. Then I left that place but my friend was there for the parcel. After we met again my friend told me they came up with only two pieces. Their explanation was with hair we got one piece so we are compensating with two pieces. My friend asked them why you guys said that we will get a full plate ? They are like we can't do anything. We didn't make any scene there we behaved politely. We agreed with their words but at the end of the last they were denying everything they were saying. It's very disappointing. One request to wow momo don't do this kind of things . learn to stick with your word. Overall it was very disappointing experience for us. Next time I have to think twice...

worst place visited in recent times. we ordered garlic chicken fried rice which was sweet and chicken was smelly, and chicken wings from 5 pieces 2 were good but 3 pieces were stale. when asked manager he said garlic items are always sweet. how could this be and also he refused to accept and started arguing that we never use stored chicken. my kid who is 7 yrs old vomited immediately at the restaurant itself after having the food and my hubby is suffering with severe stomach ache. pls don't visit this place. If your looking for Chinese cuisine then this is the restaurant you need to visit to fulfill your cravings, the food quality and taste is just upto the mark, it's a small outlet with very few seating capacity, it mostly depends on delivery and online orders, Momos is a must try dish here you will just love it, we also tried Veg Noodles, Egg Fried Rice, chicken wings, chilli chicken etc and some mocktails.
