Apna Sweets — Restaurant in Indore City

Very very Bad behaviour .I want to rate -5 . The staff at stove is very rowdy and closely watches you to thug you. I was deliberately given other food Item . I very clearly asked for Sabudana wada but he said only one plate remaining. So I went and took 2 plates of it with some other sweets where the lady was very badly illmannerred and kind of making you feel worthless by simply ignoring you and wanting you to call her again and again for for small small things and finally for telling the money to cashior. Anyways I ignored that and called other male person to tell price. Then I took the token costing ₹70 for 2 plate sabudana wada to stove. As He said earlier only one plate is there so I asked him that to make any more as he was making or give me something else for remaining amount. By then he assumed that I did listen and made a plan to give those to his friend he knew. He told me I will get chole tikki and Pani puri. He knew I asked for half 35₹ but delebrately he gave misinformation so as to quarrel later. He forced me to not pack it and forced me to eat here only or get 5₹ carry bag. I avoided it and said okay give me here to eat but I was full and wanted to take items my mom's birthday. Once I had it and went to him he was completely different behaviour and did not even prepared parcel after 15 min even though only his friend was standing there for Sabudana wada. I asked him to prepare he said no you have already eaten 50₹ Chole tikki. And this sir has ordered those last sabudana wada. I obviously told him why you doing like this. Then I asked cashier . He was trying to understand then he came to stove where somthing that guy told softly into his ear and he too started saying things like your language is bad, and subtly tried threatening me. I lectured them and they were laughing along with the guy they were giving sabudana wada. They are nasty people feeding on already created brand name. They turn around their words if they find you vulnerable look and behaviour wise. This is my second experience like this. Now I understand they are doing it on purpose to thug people. I strongly recommend ethical people and people who are earning money by hardwork to refrain from this place as it probably run by unethical means as their behaviour was goonlike. I was help less as I believed in their brand name and thought that service will be honest atleast. They said it's your mistake why you did not asked price we thought you are asking completely new order. It's only when I saw them giggling I realised they guy who came for sabudana wada was his known guy. No new customer should go there as the are into makin relationships with regular customers and looting others.

There is no point in purchasing even tasty food if people selling...

Today, on 26th of October 2019, I visited the Vijay Nagar branch with my most special guests, my sister and brother in law with my 5 year old niece and a year old nephew. I live in Indore and it was my most trusted restaurant. So much so that I never went to any other place. But, I hadn't got a chance to eat out there. Only sometimes for sweets, I got a chance to eat from them. But, today you let me down in front of my sister's family. My brother in law spent too much for little quantity of food. It arrived after about 30 minutes after ordering. That was not the problem though. The food was so spicy. They added too much chilli. It was humanly impossible to eat whilst we drove from one end of the city to reach this end only because I trusted Apna Sweets. We somehow ate half of the costly garbage torturing us all along. To add to the misery, we only informed their manager, I'm not sure about his designation, who blatantly told us that we'd have had never eaten in the first place. That if we'd have done that he'd have got it 'changed'? He took spoonful samples of each type of food. Me and my sister got sick a day before diwali. It's the persistent headache your food gave us. Hence, I give them a bitter thumbs down. Times have changed and so has this place. Seriously, go there...

I would like to start it like agar negative stars ka option hota toh me - 5 deti but mazboori me revise dalne k liye one dena pdh rha he else this place doesn't deserve it. I have been a frequent visitor of apna sweets Vijay nagar as it is near my office today I visited to buy a cake from there I brought it of Rs 380 as it have consumed in office and not in home I asked for 4-5 spoons to be accompanied the packing the person sitting on that table said it will cost one rupees per poon as a customer we could pay 5 rupees that won't impact our pocket if we could spent 400 then 5 Rs is small amount but my concern is this customer Hospitality If we visit to domino's or pizza hut or order something from them n ask for few Extra packets of oregano chilli flakes they use to give no like this people 5 Rs. Apni dikhadi That is the difference between a local shop n a big franchise it's a difference of mentality they use to give extra packets so they customer order pizza again Yeh bichare 5 Rs. Me. .... ho gaye... Want to add on one more thing there staff is too rude bat krne ki tamiz nhi he apna sweets name ka earn kr rhe he taste bacha nhi management never sees how there staff behave with customer rudely n not lustenibg to customer disgusting...
