Revolution — Restaurant in Indore City

Update: I wrote below review from my experience then we got connected with Revolution's Owner He understood the issue and refundex the amount

Also he apologize for the same and invited us To our restaurant to recreate our experience.

First Day, First Show Worst Experience Ever and How it happened

We went to this place tonight 03 March 21 There was some party going on The guy with whom revolution collobratated for party asked us 4k, 1k per head for entry in which Completely free food and free booze will be there Like it will cover.

So we entered, there receptionist wrote our names in register, put us a seal on hand and we went to rooftop some live guitarist was there and playing well, we were enjoying the ambiance

Now when it comes to booze and food They said everything is finished and nothing available, and if you order ala-carte you have to pay beyond 4k, in that coupon only fruit beer was there

So when we tell manager "Dharmendra ujjaini" About this case, he said he was some random guy, he took our money and others people too and mine too, he had a fight, in police thane now this and that, and it's your fault that you gave money to him.

Now what say about the customer service here Is this our responsibility of your organizer eloped with money really ?

no one is taking any responsibility bouncer are there for what no idea what receptionist is doing no idea and when I click photo of revolution that receptionist is saying that you can take my photo

( So I took photo of revolution in which she came, working as a public place and who hell can not take photos of this place, deal with this also)

After wasting the whole evening, manager with zero management skill instead of solving an issue and giving a customer satisfaction what he is saying

if I will get money I will give you he didn't said that lets solve this issue and convert this in ala-carte like no solution only blame that you have given money to wrong person the person in front of your pub, infront of your bouncer, infront of your receptionist taking money from your guests and you are not taking responsibility of this, what the hell.

It's clear this all fixed, they do know all these things internally, Complete fraud, complete dishonesty, how cheap

People are choosing your restaurant and on behalf what you are providing so shame

So we wasted our 4k in zero consumption and mess is one another thing.

I went to so many places solo, but worst Experience in my own state, with my own people So much fraud, dishonesty, impoliteness, zero customer service.

Owner must opened this place for money making and fraud only, unskilled staff each one of them

So If you also faced this kind of fraud so support me, like this comment to show it on first So people do not have this kind of worst Experience Ever.

After long time we College friends were meeting And our only fault was that we chose "Revolution"

Revolution is quite popular for its club. But I love its cafe-bar.

The beautifully lit outside seating space, alongside the tiny pool is my go-to. It's like my adda. The best part is that they serve alcohol too. So you can chill with your friends or just by yourself and have beer or any other liquor of your choice.

So far, Revolution cafe has been the only place that I have come across in Indore, where you can enjoy a casual cafe like vibe while sipping your favourite alcohol. They also have a long list of cocktails and mocktails, if you wish to try.

The cafe's ambience is also quite good. They have a limited seating space, which I like because I am not a big fan of crowded cafes.

Since this cafe has Farzi, Piano Project and Revolution Club in its vicinity, you can hear the music loud and clear. But the best part is that it doesn't obstruct your conversations, if you are accompanied by someone.

Talking about food, in my opinion it is okay-ish. I won't rate them high on food. But my friend likes their grilled chicken, served with mashed potatoes and sauteed veggies. Other than that you can try their egg open focaccia sandwich. It tasted fine the last time I had it.

Other than food, they serve cold coffee, hot coffee and other beverages too.

During the day, the place remains less crowded and you can find more empty seats than during the evening hours. In the afternoon, you can also find people sitting and reading a book, working on their laptops.

Overall, I'd say Revolution cafe is a great place to hangout. Check it out if you haven't...

Unacceptable rudeness and not recommended. We did our corporate party at this place with our 130+ staff in this place. The food was ok, beer was flat. The bouncer and the support person at the entrance were clearly informed to allow people who provide our official email id. Still the person at the gate first stopped two of our young colleagues and after they struggled for 20 minutes with much embarrassment they had to call HR in Delhi then then HR called us to help. Later, I had to go to the ATM to withdraw funds for some need, then again that entry person told me once you are out you cannot come back, I replied we are wearing your entry band, we were the organizers, I told him if we are not allowed then who will pay? Then the manager came running and said sorry.. We do our corporate get togethers at top notch places across India this is the first time some told us this absolutely rudely. Thankfully, the only good person was Vishal the restaurant manager was decent and well mannered to come down and tell him that we are organizers. We won't do our monthly get others here's again and would suggest others to consider this feedback because you will then have to be sorry...
