Absolutely Horrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs!

I loathe to do this but I must give this establishment a Caffeinated experience that ranks amongst the worst if not the worst in my life.

Food: Bad presentation, evident lack of flavor, and just a failure of food altogether. The coffee tasted like water from an old kettle, and the sandwich which I ordered was cold and soggy. I knew right from the start that the components were not fresh.

Clean: Offensively horrible. Like brutally horrible. This so called caffe’s presentation was unkempt. Dirty silverware, and tables with drink stains, also litters and a rancid odor around the counter was present. I wonder if these people even clean at all?

Staff: Unsophisticated and unapproachable. Eye rolling is something that I associated with a bad amount of teenage drama but not when talking about service. Service became horrendous as I was waited on while not to subtly noticing that workers were more interested in gossiping around the till area.

The wait time was unpleasantly excruciating, to the extent I thought a black hole had opened up before me. Not only was it incredibly slow but a challenge to comprehend at times.

Service: Changed my mind about the drink that what accompanied it where I had to send it back repetitively. I can only describe this as infuriating. It felt like they were irritated, thinking I was the burden.

Ambiance: Hostile. Uncomfortable heat and the smell made it impossible for me to finish my drink. What is killing me is the fact that AC was nowhere to be found.

It’s obvious this café is a total catastrophe. The food is bad, the place is dirty, the service is terrible, and the customers are completely neglected. Do yourself a favor and avoid it...

All this 2 stars are for the decore and ambience of this cafe. Its one of a kind of cafe you can visit in indore and you could really love the ambience.

But here comes the sad part. First of all its a restro based on eiffel tower and it has dishes related to italian cuisine. So when you get to such place you expect everything to be top notch so I ordered farm house pizza and it was square in shape and also terrible in taste just because it was not authentic italian I mean the crust of pizza should be prepared by restro itself who are dedicated to italian cusine but crust was just like the same bread crust you can get in any supermarket. So it was dissappinted. Also I tried cold coffee and greeen apple Mojito they both tasted not that good. Also when you are paying this much amount you deserve a little taste for sure but thats not the case here. So my final verdict will be if you just want to spend time with your special someone its the perfect place but don't expect taste as it was not here.. So I hope my constructive critisicm will help restro owner improve its food quality and try to be more authentic...

Great place to go after 6pm, Lights are on and feel like Paris. In daytime its very sunny to sit outdoors. Interiors are great , hot couture kinds. I wish more attention to be given to restrooms,they were neglected.My husband advised me to go upstairs and not use lower floor one as that was closer to kitchen and a bit unkempt. Food was average, we ordered french onion soup , which waiter agreed to bring with resistance ( ??) and it had cream .It tasted well but FO soup does not call for cream. 2nd item Pasta- they did not have fusili ( although on menu) , we got penne and sweet white sauce!! , it did not need to be sweet. 3rd Pizza was good , it was as expected, crisp and right flavors. 4th Fish and Chips: Chips were great , but fish batter a less flavorful. But I would day it was very well done.

Service : It was okay , service was prompt and polite. Overall, I wish they keep the theme and not have Chinese/ desi tadka /tikka items .I mean they can keep them but do not advice crowd to order them in French restaurant! Just be honest to...
