I went for the Sufi Night event (Navdeep Wadali) with few of my friends on 15th Dec 23. What pains me the most includes mismanagement by host and attitude of the audience. Mismanagement by Host - The show started 3 hours after its actual time. Everyone can understand 1-1.5 hours delay but 3 hour delay is unexpected and unprofessional. It seemed that organisers don’t care about the customers’ time. Attitude of the audience- the audience was shameless. Throwing money at the artist, placing money (10-20-50 rupees notes) right at the top of his head, drinking liquor just 5 metres in front of his performing seat, standing on the stage with a glass of liquor in hand (as if you own the artist), all of this shows lack of empathy towards art and lack of social behaviour. The artist would have been uncomfortable for sure.

The management could have been much better. If people aren’t behaving, shouldn’t the bouncers intervene? Apparently the people creating such nuisance have power and everything gets influenced with power.

Food - Food was okay. Prices are exorbitant (I don’t think the place serves anything so exceptional which might blow your mind). Towards the end, quality of the food went too bad. Maybe they were in a rush to wrap up the orders and leave.

Overall, the place is good for clubbing but not for live performances. If anybody from the management reads it, I hope they take a note and work on improving experience for others rather than just...

Worst experience. They just try n make a fool out of you. LIIT Is charged for 1200 and it barely has 10ml liquor, that’s the same for almost all of their cocktails. THE BARTENDER was behaving with me as if he knows me from childhood and spoke to me in a very very unprofessional manner (a guy with so many rings).

Food options are also worse.

For french fries i gave a special order to make it crisp but what they delivered was simply pathetic..

Highly recommend to not go there as their neighbourhood has some great bars so give them a shot instead of this luta...

A great place to spend time with friends.service was good and prompt. Presentation and I aster of the food both were excellent. As it says Raise the toast to good life and good vibes. Both cocktails and mocktails were amazing. We sat on the upper deck. it was beautiful view from up there. It was a dj night and we enjoyed the music thoroughly.

Excellent interior food ambiance music. Very well trained service staff always there to help you. Enjoyed to the core
