The manager needs to get fired. Had the worst experience ever. The manager and the crew mistreated the women and our husbands. We booked a table for 15k for Christmas eve celebration and our first anniversary party, and we arrived with our kids. We ordered bottle and cocktails. I booked the party sparkle gun twice. While my brother was shooting the sparkles, which was handed over by their team, the manager came out of nowhere and without any warning started throwing his hands all over my brothers. The bouncers came in, they wanted to sort the matter out but again the manager jumped in and held my brother by his neck. We were shock and terrified. All of us moved outside as we didn’t wanted to disturb everyone else in the club. The lady crews came and hold our phones to stop recording (I have their clips). The valet refused to give back our car keys. They made a bill and was asking us to pay even after all this mistreatment. We were enjoying, the vibe and music was so good, but the manager shouldn’t have done what he did. Anyone can go and check their CCTV footages and see what they did to us for nothing. We left our 4 full LIITS, a bottle of whiskey. We were three married couples, with four kids. The worst, worst experience. If they can do this to people like us, for absolutely nothing, I don’t know what they can do to bachelors who just have intentions to have a good time, even after spending so much money.
