Mumbai Masala, Jabalpur Railway Station — Restaurant in Jabalpur

Recently had been to this restaurant Mumbai Masala, located at Jabalpur Railway Station. The moment I sat there the lady on the cash counter asked for the order and told me you cannot sit without placing the order. Though that was bit rude I ordered a coffee.

There was a couple who finished their order were rudely asked to leave the premises. Same thing happened with me. The moment I finished my coffee the lady asked me whether I would like to order anything else. I said no thanks. She immediately told me "Sir, we do not allow customers to sit without placing order.

That was very rude and against service sector specially in hotel industry. So, I asked her to call the Manager. She told me Manager is not there. If want you can write review online. But, this is our policy.

This hotel and restaurant is 20-30 steps away from the Railway Station but it is quite expensive compared to the service you get . I would prefer a hotel at a bit distance from the railway station for budget travellers.Good place to stay, they provide neat, clean and specious rooms with great room service. Morning breakfast at mumbai masala was also hygienic and testy. This hotel is located just near railway station platform no 6 so it's best option if you visiting...

Most of the food items in menu are not available during afternoon time, we ordered Paneer Lahori starter at 3.00 and the manager came at 3.40 telling that paneers Lahori is not available after we waited 40mins for it and was smiling like having hes fun. Food quality is ok ok like French fries, fries rice and tea. The only pros are good interiors and close to the railway station and its not at al crowded. So its good to hangout if your trains...
