Used to come in regular basis and sit outside for a fresh air. When I went with my partner on 20/10 the staff insisted us to sit upstairs at first floor even there was empty space at ground floor. First floor was a mess, the staff do not even bother to take the order, after keep asking for our food, they will keep the plate and run without giving us the complete set (the gravy), we have to keep finding staff for it. Tea was served cold, when we feedback and requested to warm it up, it took almost 30mins just for a tea after MULTIPLE REMINDER. they was busy in walkie-talkie and fighting among each other to collect the tea from down stairs. After ground floor started to empty the staff started to watch reels with maximum volume, none of the staff will be available near to customers when needed. Disappointed as previously never had this experience. The standard has dropped drastically as a frequent customer point of view since changes of the staff. The supervisor is only busy with walkie talkie than being around customers, the environment is way noisier from staff than...

visited Banana Leaf, and it was an absolute delight! The ambiance was warm and welcoming, with traditional South Indian decor that set the tone for a wonderful dining experience. The menu was filled with authentic South Indian dishes, and everything we tried was full of flavor. The dosas were crisp and perfectly spiced, while the sambar and chutneys had that homemade taste you just can’t find everywhere. The attention to detail and the quality of ingredients were evident in every bite. If you’re looking for a true South Indian experience, Banana Leaf is the place to go!”

Service Review for Suraj:

“Suraj provided outstanding service during our visit! He was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. He took the time to explain the dishes, helped us with our dietary preferences, and made great recommendations. His positive attitude and genuine care for customer satisfaction truly enhanced our experience. Thanks to Suraj, our meal was not just delicious but also memorable. We will...

The first restaurant in Jaipur that I have found which tried to sneak in a service charge. When I said I wanted it removed, the waiter said that this money will go to the dishwasher. I told him to remove the charge and I will leave a tip which I did but I didn't like being lectured about how I want to spend my own hard earned money. We all know that such a thing doesn't happen and this charge is always kept by the owner of the restaurant plus since it is added before GST calculation, you are ending up paying more tax in order to fill up the pockets of the owner. Food was bland and nothing to write home about and never in my life have I seen Iddiyappam served like noodles and not in the form of an idli. Also it's a very expensive affair to eat here, we spend around ₹1,300 for two persons with one plate of snacks, two main course meals & two non alcoholic drinks. Air conditioned seating was limited to a few seats and the toilet was out of service,...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Banana Leaf in C Scheme, Jaipur, along with members of Friends of Rajasthan Tourism (FORT). Thanks to the generous invitation from their team, we experienced some of the best South Indian food we’ve had in Jaipur. The food was outstanding, with authentic flavors and a delightful variety of dishes that everyone thoroughly enjoyed. The ambiance provided the perfect setting for a relaxed and enjoyable afternoon of chitchat among friends. I highly recommend Banana Leaf for anyone looking to savor genuine South Indian cuisine in Jaipur. Special thanks to Tusharika Singh ji and Jagdeep Singh ji for inviting us and making this wonderful experience possible. . #bananaleaf #bananaleafmeal #bananaleaffood #bananaleafrice #bananaleaffeast #rajputanaholidaymakers #sanjaykaushikkaushik #rajasthantourismofficial #rajasthantourism #foodie #foodlover #foodblogger #foodiesofinstagram

Whenever we see South Indian food, it immediately attracts us. We went to Banana Leaf with very high expectations. The restaurant is located in C-Scheme, where the roads are usually crowded because of the large number of eateries nearby. The best part was the valet parking, which made it convenient to park. We ordered some basic dishes such as Benne Dosa, Podi Idly, and Rasam. The items felt quite overpriced, and it seemed like they were charging mainly for the location. The service, however, was good. Even during peak hours, the staff served us quickly. The restaurant was very crowded, which could be because it is fairly new in the city and a bit overhyped. One suggestion: if you are presenting the restaurant as South Indian themed, it would be better not to include North Indian dishes on the menu. Instead, focus on improving the quality and authenticity of the South Indian food.
