this is very unique case in which the customer is trying to pay the dues but bank is rejecting the same.

i applied for SC credit card but unfortunately it was not delivered to me and after one month i got a email and sms form SC to pay the due along with late payment charges.

i wrote several emails to SC but still awaiting for conclusive solution due to this my cibil is affected which is lease area of concern for SC.

every time when i try to contact their customer care they leave me in middle asking details of Credit card (i.e expiry, cvv etc) which is off coarse not available with me due to non delivery of physical credit card to me.

Their support and system is worst. I am facing the issue since I opened the account with them. And when I call on phone support they say you have to visit branch or drop email. I drop email as I can't go to branch as we have only one bank in jaipur and that is so far from my place. I droped email they dont even bother to reply.
