As someone who prefers to customize their orders, the attention to detail from the staff was sorely lacking. I specifically requested a Farm Aloo Tikki without chili sauce for my dietary preferences. Unfortunately, my request was disregarded, and I received a burger that was not made to my specifications. This isn’t a one-off incident; it echoes my previous experiences where online orders also failed to meet the requested standards. It appears that instructions provided are often overlooked, which undermines the trust in the service provided.

Additionally, the absence of cheese sauce, which should have accompanied my cheese corn nuggets, was another oversight that did not go unnoticed. This omission detracted significantly from my enjoyment of the meal, as it was meant to be an integral part of the dish.

I understand that the food industry is fast-paced and errors can happen, but consistent mistakes like these are indicative of a larger issue that needs to be addressed. I had a terrible experience with Burger Farm. Not only was my order incomplete, but when I called to resolve the issue, Amit Sharma from the staff was shockingly rude and dismissive. His complete lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable. I will not be ordering from this place again, and I strongly advise others to avoid it as well.
