Avoid Chai Dhani – Total Waste of Money
I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but this one deserves it. Chai Dhani is probably one of the most mismanaged and overpriced places I’ve ever visited.
There is no proper staff. Literally, one person named Yadav is running the whole show — he makes the tea, the burgers, the sandwiches, does the cleaning, handles billing, and everything else. No chef, no helpers. Naturally, service is super slow and unorganized.
No hygiene standards are maintained. The place looks untidy, and the food area isn’t clean either. Taste? Just forget it. Nothing tastes fresh or worth the money.
And speaking of money — they’re looting customers:
Cigarette MRP ₹10, they charge ₹15
Cold drink MRP ₹18, they charge ₹30
Regular water bottle, also ₹30
Almost 1.5x higher pricing on everything, and for what? Bad service, poor hygiene, and tasteless food?
Not going back and don’t recommend it to anyone. There are far better places nearby at half the price with much...

Visited Chai Dhani recently and honestly, it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had.
First of all, they don't have proper service at all. Shockingly, there's only one person, Yadav, who’s handling everything — from making chai, burgers, sandwiches, to cleaning the entire place. There’s no chef, no staff, just him doing all the work. It’s completely mismanaged.
The place lacks basic hygiene — not a clean table in sight, and the food preparation area is not up to standard either. The taste? Absolutely below average. Nothing feels fresh or worth trying again.
To make things worse, they overcharge for everything:
₹15 for a cigarette with an MRP of ₹10
₹30 for a cold drink that costs ₹18
₹30 for a water bottle!
They’re charging 1.5x the price for everything with zero quality and service. If this is the kind of service being offered, it’s honestly not worth even stepping in.
Would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your...
Read moreI recently visited Chai Dhani in Jaipur and unfortunately, my experience was not up to par. Although the food was decent, the ambiance was just ok-ok and the service left something to be desired. The lack of cleanliness in the seating area was a major issue, which detracted from the overall experience. Furthermore, the hygiene of the utensils used for serving was questionable. I had high hopes for Chai Dhani, but was ultimately let down. Given the issues I encountered, I cannot recommend this restaurant to others. If you're looking for a better dining experience in Jaipur, there are plenty of other options to...
