It’s inaugurated by Ex Education minister of Rajasthan Mr. Ghanshyam Tiwari. It is opened at a very small stage initially. The food served seemed stale and not fresh, giving the impression that it might have been prepared the previous night. The idli was disappointingly hard, not at all the texture one would expect. Even after requesting dosa without onion and garlic, it was still served with onions, indicating a disregard for customer preferences. Additionally, the sambar was served cold, as if it had been taken directly from the fridge. To add to the discomfort, flies were noticeable throughout the dining area. Overall, the experience was disappointing and not at all reflective of a quality dining establishment.
