I recently ordered stuffed garlic bread from this outlet, specifically requesting extra cheese on a chargeable basis. While I was fully willing to pay the additional amount, the delivery took around 40–45 minutes. Upon receiving the order, I asked for the bill to confirm the charge for the extra cheese. To my surprise, the delivery person responded rudely, saying, “Kya karna hai? Return karna hai kya order?”

When I pointed out that his behavior was inappropriate, he further remarked, “Just because you have to pay Rs. 60 extra for the cheese, you’re asking for the bill and complaining about late delivery?” I expressed my dissatisfaction and mentioned that I would not be ordering from their outlet again due to such poor service. He then dismissively responded with “Chal nikal.”

The delivery person’s name was Anuj. I attempted to escalate the issue by contacting the outlet manager, Mr. Krishna Bhudnia, but he refused to provide Anuj’s full name or take any accountability for the behavior.

This was an extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. I would strongly advise others to avoid ordering from this outlet, as the staff is not only unhelpful but shockingly rude.

Outlet is Just 500Mtr from...

A good place to hangout with friends gossiping with a quick bite.

This outlet isnt that crowded so if someone if from nearby area can visit as there is no waiting time here because most of the orders are delivered through swiggy and zomato.

The service is also good and quick and the quality as all you know is as good as any other outlet.

Parking space here is also ample. And the vibe of the outlet is also good that can uplift the mood. Overall if someone is from shastri nagar area and want to have a quick bite than can...

On seeing such a low rating I had doubt how is it possible to be so bad for Dominos. But when I visited there it was really bad. I was strictly and rudely denied service of food saying you can place online. There is no one to take take orders in the store. The girl didn't even reply properly and there was another person sitting who seems to be her senior or so but he didn't even respond at all. Dominos should shut down their in store dining as they can't serve both online...
