I recently had the pleasure of dining at Masala Ministry, and I must say, it was an extraordinary experience. This restaurant truly excels in serving authentic North Indian cuisine with a touch of finesse, and the ambience is absolutely delightful.
The moment I stepped inside Masala Ministry, I was captivated by the warm and inviting atmosphere. The elegant decor, coupled with soft lighting, created a cozy and intimate setting that was perfect for a memorable dining experience. Whether you're visiting for a romantic evening or a gathering with friends and family, the restaurant's ambience is sure to impress.
Now, let's talk about the star of the show – the food. Masala Ministry's North Indian cuisine is simply outstanding. Every dish I sampled was bursting with flavors and made with the utmost care. From the rich and aromatic curries to the perfectly seasoned tandoori delights, each bite was a journey through the vibrant culinary traditions of the region. The ingredients were fresh, the spices were well-balanced, and the presentation was impeccable.
However, what truly made my visit to Masala Ministry exceptional was the impeccable service provided by Mr. Bharat Singh. His warm and friendly demeanor made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Mr. Singh's deep knowledge of the menu was evident as he passionately described each dish and provided insightful recommendations. He ensured that my dining experience was nothing short of exceptional, attending to every detail with a genuine smile.
The entire staff at Masala Ministry was attentive, professional, and genuinely cared about their guests' satisfaction. The level of service displayed throughout my visit was commendable and added an extra layer of enjoyment to the overall dining experience.
In conclusion, if you're in search of delectable North Indian cuisine served in a charming and inviting atmosphere, Masala Ministry is the place to go. The food is outstanding, the ambience is delightful, and the staff, especially Mr. Bharat Singh, go above and beyond to make your visit memorable. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant to anyone who appreciates authentic flavors and exceptional...

I recently visited Masala Ministry for a team lunch with my colleagues. We were a group of nine and had pre-booked using a Zomato Gold’s 50% off coupon. However, upon arrival, the restaurant staff tried to deny the offer, citing multiple terms and conditions that were not mentioned on Zomato. When asked to show these terms, they presented a printout of a WhatsApp chat that oddly mentioned Swiggy offers. This caused unnecessary confusion and argument, which was not a good start to our dining experience.
Moving on to the food, the quality was mediocre at best. The Chilly Paneer Tokri had stale and chewy paneer pieces, and the tokri lacked crunchiness. The Panwari drink was bitter, and the Molecular Papdi Chaat, which the staff insisted we order, was too dry for a chaat and seemed more like a gimmick with liquid nitrogen than an authentic dish. It seems they ran out of zero sev, so every chaat item was loaded with Bikaneri Bhujia, which ruined the taste of the dishes. The only saving grace was the Daal Bukhara, which was good, but the paneer pieces in the gravy were also stale.
As for the service, it was quick, but that’s probably because we were the only customers. We had to repeatedly ask for dishes to be served, which is not what you expect from a fine-dine restaurant. In an era where even the smallest restaurants are able to serve professionally and satisfactorily, Masala Ministry failed on all aspects of being a good restaurant.
The ambiance was decent, earning it 3 stars. But overall, considering the food, service, and the confusion over the Zomato offer, I would rate my experience as 1 star. For the nine of us, it’s a unanimous decision - we won’t be visiting Masala...
Read moreunexpectedly Rude staff. A very tiny resturant full of rude staff, tasteless food which was not upto the mark at all. They are charging 60/- for packed drinking water. Although that just cost 10-12 Rs a bottle (wholesale price). Service was daam bad and slow just for salt shaker we have to ask them 5 times. Ordered ice cream to serve that it took almost 25 min. On the suggestion of their staff we ordered smokey mix veg which was served 100% blend without any smokey flavour. The person who take the order keep on suggesting for vegitables. We Want to order panner lababdar but he adamently keeps on forcing for panner taka tak. He said panner lababdar is sweet... How funny it is every where it is the most spicy dish. their panner lababdar was nothing more than a butter panner masala. On top of that staff was so rude when we complaint about it. he said "humare yahan toh aise hi banti hai". Surprise to see 4 star rating for such pathetic resturant...this not ends here they offer vallet parking the man standing out side take the card and did not bring the car after waiting 10 mim when we ask for car that stupid guy hand over the key and said find your car and drive this is the behaviour of disgusting staff.... better don't visit such resturant otherwise your evening will be spoiled by them.
