Read moreI had a very bad experience at McDonald’s, Jaipur Elements Mall (Jaipur, Rajasthan). I placed an order for a full meal that included 4 items. However, when I received my tray, I noticed that only 3 items were given to me. The staff didn’t even bother to inform me that one item was missing. When I went back and pointed it out, they simply said, “Sir, we’ll give it to you right away.” I trusted them and waited patiently at my table.
Even after 10 minutes, nobody came to provide the missing item. My meal was almost over, and I was still waiting. Finally, I went back to the counter a second time to ask about it. Shockingly, even after reminding them again, they still didn’t provide the item. This shows complete carelessness and a lack of responsibility towards customers.
As a paying customer, this kind of service is unacceptable. A big brand like McDonald’s should maintain proper service quality, but unfortunately, my experience here was very disappointing. Staff was careless, no proper communication, and no follow-up even after reminding them twice.
