Horrible experience. The coffee cup was not filled properly, staff made random excuses to justify it, telling me it is how it is even though I specifically paid for the large cup. The worst part was that upon checking the bill after leaving it said “cheese garlic bread slice” even though I never bought one. I called the outlet on the number provided and spoke to Kiran, who said that it was a free combo offer that they conveniently forgot to offer or inform me of. I fought back saying that as a consumer it is my right to know and it is dishonesty as well as “cheating” to not say it, I also told her that I was standing right at the counter for 10 minutes waiting for my coffee, none of the 4-5 staff members remembered to mention it to me. She uttered some justifications saying that we had written it outside but forgot to mention it at the counter. Who even reads posters outside coffee shops?? The staff was also very slow and laid back, it took them 10-15 minutes to make the (horrible tasting) coffee even though they barely had any work load. Worst of all, when Kiran realized she and her colleagues had messed up, she used the old lame excuse that “the staff member who took your order is new” at the end of the conversation. If that were really the case then they should have not been taking orders alone to begin with, or they should have trained that staff better. Extreme negligence and incompetence. She begged me to not write a review and kept repeating that please come back we will make the garlic bread for you, but obviously that was unacceptable and not my point. I recently visited this coffee shop and had a rather disappointing experience. Despite enjoying the coffee and ambiance, there were a couple of issues that marred my visit.

Firstly, I was surprised to find that the coffee shop does not offer access to the restroom for customers. This is an inconvenience that most patrons expect to have when dining at an establishment, especially one that serves beverages. It's a basic service that should be provided.

In addition, when I inquired about the restroom policy, I was met with a rather dismissive response.

In a jaipur city with numerous coffee shops to choose from, I believe customer service and amenities like restroom access are critical to maintaining a good reputation. I hope the management takes this feedback to heart and considers improving these aspects of their service.
