A Nightmarish Experience at Queens Hub, Jaipur Our visit on 21 June 2024 to Queens Hub, Giradhar Marg, Malviya Nagar, Jaipur, was nothing short of a disaster. Initially, we had planned to enjoy our party and dinner at Blackout. However, upon arrival, we were informed that the building was under maintenance. We were then redirected to Queens Hub, where Blackout's official night party was supposedly being held during this maintenance period.

Upon reaching Queens Hub, we were greeted by a bouncer who informed us of a steep entry fee of 4k, albeit with full cover. Reluctantly, we agreed and were issued Smartcards to claim our cover up to 4k. We first made our way to the rooftop restaurant, which was mediocre at best. The live music was passable but certainly not impressive.

Things took a turn for the worse when we descended to the club/disc area. While the lighting was decent, the music was just okay. The real issue, however, was the staff, particularly Mr. Sujan, who was in charge of billing. His unprofessional and egotistical demeanor was a major turn-off. Despite a sparse crowd, with only one or two people at the counter, he seemed utterly incompetent at managing the Smartcard billing system. His attitude was a stark contrast to the level of professionalism one would expect in such a setting.

Mr. Gajendra, another staff member, was equally disappointing. His service was slow and far from satisfactory. To top it all off, the prices at Queens Hub are exorbitantly high, especially considering the subpar service and facilities provided. They even attempted to overcharge us when we claimed the full cover using the Smartcard.

In conclusion, Queens Hub is grossly overpriced and managed by unprofessional staff who fail to deliver even basic customer service. This was our first visit, and it will certainly be our last. I strongly advise anyone considering a visit to a disc/club in Jaipur to steer clear of Queens Hub. The experience is not worth the...

Attention: Please do not visit this place, even if they are serving free food. I had the worst experience of my life here. 😡

So, I recently visited this place with high hopes for a delicious meal and good vibes. Let me tell you, it was a total disaster.

We ordered chili garlic noodles and a classic hara bhara kebab. First off, it took forever for the food to arrive – like, a 30-minute wait for basic dishes. Not a great start. But then things got seriously scary.

When my noodles finally arrived, I took a bite and nearly choked on a four-inch piece of plastic! Seriously, a big plastic strip hiding amongst the noodles. Disgusting. 🤬

The worst part? The staff acted like it was no big deal. No apology, no concern, just a shrug and a "meh" attitude. I was literally about to swallow that plastic! Seriously! Wish I had a picture as proof, but trust me, it happened.

Moving on, the noodles were also insanely spicy. Completely inedible. And the hara bhara kebab? Never saw it. Maybe it got lost in the plastic fiasco?

Look, I'm all for trying new places, but this place is a hard pass. Do yourself a favor and avoid this restaurant altogether. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

There are amazing restaurants/clubs in Jaipur that won't risk your health or disappoint your taste buds.

We went with a group of 19 people. They were very slow in getting the orders. Also, the food was not tasteful at all. I would recommend italian pizza, their choco brownie shake was good. Paneer tikka, alfredo and honey chilli is fine as well.

Rest, their mexican and chinese sizzler, multicontinental platter, sandwiches, lasagna, crispy corn all are just the waste of money. The breads with pasta and lasagna, and sandwich were all dry and bland.

Also, DON'T BELIEVE IN THEIR RATING! They urge the people to rate them 5 stars upon entry itself!

Noticed a peculiar funny thing there- the waiters had blackout written on their uniforms and tissue papers were from Khandelwal Dhaba. What authenticity!

Their cafe runs only because of the disc that's great sometimes only after 10pm. But today the song choices of the band were poor and they couldn't accept song requests as well.

Really disappointing how they earn without spirit and zealous...

Food here is not at all good now. Not the best but you can try various things such as spring roll, tandoori panner pizza the mocktail blackout oh berry and liit redbull base one. We used to visit that place every week but from last 2 months the quality has been degraded so much that we are planning to never visit this place again. We ordered pizza which was raw from inside. Hokkah wasn’t working well. We waited 1 hr for mere salted fries. No one was taking orders we needed to stand frequently to give our orders. The things which are absolutely worst are malai chaap(it tasted like cardamom and milk),hated panner tikka(it was dry and chewy) and chilli potato was one of the worst chilly potato i ever had. We have decided to never visit this place again ever. It used to be one of our favourites once. Miss manisha bhist was really helpful and polite. She is really sweet lady.

My visit to Queen’s Hub was average. The ambience is okay (though marketed very luxurious) It was average at best. We had gone for lunch so there was absolutely nobody there. They have ample seating area but the lighting’s not enough. Our server, Rahul was very friendly, polite and prompt but he asked us to leave a positive review on google a bit too many time which was off putting. Food is average. They offer a wide variety of food and drinks to choose from. For a luxury bar/club, the menus were in terrible condition. We ordered laal maans, handi chicken (both recommended by Rahul). Both were just okay. Nothing great. Prices are on the higher end but they have a load of offers on dineout and zomato so it wont burn a hole in your pocket. Overall, I found it to be a one time visit place at best. Skippable 🤷🏻‍♂️

We visited this place a few days back for a evening with friends. It has a warm and cosy atmosphere and comfortable seating. The waiters were very well versed with the menu. They were quite knowledgeable about the dishes which indeed is especially important, and it was impressive as well. This place is all about twisting and reconstructing the regular known dishes and presenting them in a unique new way without hampering the authentic texture and flavour. We had Hara bhara kebabs, Pan Mojito , Pesto Paneer tikka, Pizzas, Spring rolls, Soya Chap, All of them were very good especially the presentation of all the dishes was amazing. A great delight to eyes and appetite as well. In the dessert we had chocolate brownie with rabadi was creamy and delicious. Everything was good.
