From the moment my mother and I arrived at the RAAS Rajmahal Palace on the 8th of December 2024, we were swept off our feet by the sheer grandeur and charm of this heritage property. Nestled in the heart of Jaipur, this beautifully preserved colonial palace truly encapsulates the essence of royal Rajasthan.
One of the highlights of our stay was undoubtedly the exceptional hospitality of the staff, particularly Vishal. His unwavering friendliness, attentiveness, and dedication elevated our experience to unparalleled levels of comfort and satisfaction. It is rare to encounter such impeccable service, and Vishal's warmth left an indelible impression on us, cementing RAAS Rajmahal as my ONLY choice for accommodation in Jaipur for all future visits.
The interiors of the palace are a feast for the senses, blending colonial elegance with a touch of regal opulence. Every corner of the property seemed to tell a story, with intricate designs, rich textiles, and tasteful decor that transport you back in time.
The culinary experience was equally stellar. The a la carte breakfast buffet was a delightful journey for our taste buds. Each dish was expertly crafted and brimming with flavor, offering a perfect start to our day. The attention to detail in presentation and taste was remarkable, and the service during breakfast was, as expected, impeccable.
Another standout moment of our stay was the gracious offer to upgrade to one of their exquisite suites, which I accepted without hesitation. The suite was nothing short of spectacular, with spacious, thoughtfully designed interiors and an ambiance that perfectly balanced luxury and comfort. It provided us with a sanctuary where we could unwind and soak in the royal treatment.
Everything about our stay was flawless, from the beautiful surroundings to the world-class service. The RAAS Rajmahal Palace is not just a hotel; it is an experience, a destination in itself. I cannot recommend it enough to anyone visiting Jaipur.
In summary, our stay was a royal affair filled with luxury, warmth, and unforgettable memories. Thank you to Vishal and the entire team at RAAS Rajmahal Palace for making our time there so special. We will undoubtedly return, time...
Read moreLiterally THE WORST luxury hotel I’ve stayed at. I’ve stayed at RAAS Devigargh and had expectations of something similar or better. We reserved the Queen Elizabeth suite for 3 nights- this property felt like an Airbnb and definitely not a luxury property. DONT stay here or be mistaken by it’s fake palatial features… even the wall decor is all wall paper. (The only) Positive: good food very picturesque Negative: untrained staff ( didn’t know much about the property when asked for a show around. Ie where the changing rooms from pool was, location of gym and spa as well. Mis informed us about things that will be charged and won’t be ie transport, extra food items or even just opening hours of stuff on the property itself. rude staff no security ( they left our rooms/doors open multiple times without our knowledge nor concern ) unclean pool (algae on the walls and floor.. I was shocked!!) the ACs don’t work !! Someone else has said the same thing in another review. They have ACs but they don’t switch them on unless asked?! Which property does that during a sweltering summer. very very poor management they closed the property one night at 11pm and No one was there to let us in!! There are only 13 rooms so how can they forget that one of their only guests hasn’t returned back to their suite?! room facilities are horrible. Please take your own toiletries as they don’t provide much Ie no shower cap, cottons etc. Unreplaced/used soap. poor house cleaning. They don’t change used cups and plates?! I was shocked once again…
I genuinely can’t believe this is a RAAS propriety?! The staff was as lost as we were. What a horrible...
