The waffle cake was not properly cooked and was cold, immediately I complaint for it nd I mentioned the mistake still the counter guy was not accepting the mistake nor he was checking it he was only arguing rather checking the mistake I told him to atleast check it and accept the mistake but he was focused on argument rather focusing for why it happened its not the way to handle customer atleast accept your mistake nd make apology for such things.. Staff behavior is just pathetic. Specially the person on cash counter. Atleast we dont expect such kind of spoilers interacting with customer. Staff over rude compared to any other branch... Pathetic service .. extremely...

BWC Vaishali is the newly opened outlet. As we all know they have an amazing varieties of waffles. But now they gave introduced savoury waffles too. Pizza waffle Baked beans waffles They are as delicious as the sweet ones. So do try them whenever you visit BWC Vaishali. And here are some of my favorite waffles Naked nuttela waffle Rocky road waffle Dark Belgium chocolate waffle Shakes Blueberry shake Belgian chocolate shake

Ambience :- 4.5/5. Because this outlet of BWC is far better than the other outlets. This is a cute place where you can go with your family. Service:- 4.5/5

Talking about waffles and pancakes, loved their food as i have tried almost all of their varients. They have almond flour pancakes too which is around 18-20% almond flour and other is rice so no maida is used. For that you have to pay only Rs 30 extra. About taste- it’s worth it❤️ About staff- Well behaving, polite, and they let you taste the flavour if you are confused which i got to know yesterday. 😪 The cooking area and equipments were clean and hygienic. 👌🏻 Must have in dessert ❤️ Go and have fun with your family and friends 😍 They have deals and offers too on waffles of the day. * 🥳🎉 So...
