It is a pity we can't put a 0 star mark because this place doesn't deserve more. We came, we were the only customers and ordered waffles. The waiter explained that on the 10 desserts proposed on the menu, only 3 were available. Then we asked for French fries and nachos. After 50 minutes, no French fries. So we asked the waiter who replied "almost ready, just 3 more minutes" before going outside to buy... frozen French fries that he tried to hide from us. 10 minutes later, french fries came. But not the nachos. Being very late, and after 1.5 hours of waiting, we asked for the bill. We got NO APOLOGIZE and NO DISCOUNT. This place has some Yummy breads and a paradise for sweet tooths.. We tried Italian sandwiche which was Yummy also tried kitkat Donut which was also tasy.. Price wise it is quite expensive than other bakers Some dry cakes are priced around Rs 300 Also, proper display of offer / sale products needs to be done wisely so that cust buys more They also don't offer discounts on breads in evening as other bakers do for promotion

The improvement part is store needs better make over.. proper sitting arrangements is needed + better display of products.. They can check out Dough n Cream theme based interior or any other brand..

When you are charging like a brand it should also feel like when u enter the shop space.. Otherwise store...

I had a very bad experience at this bakery. I bought some patties. When I was buying, I even asked if they were fresh because they didn’t look like it, but the staff insisted they were fresh.

When I came home and ate them, all the patties were completely burnt and rotten. I called the bakery to complain, but first they denied it and kept saying the patties were fresh. Only after I sent them pictures, they told me to return the patties first and only then they would refund. Rather than apologizing they started arguing.
