Review: Had a rather unpleasant experience at Momoz Hub in Raja Park last night. Despite being regular patrons, we were shocked when, after settling the bill, we requested some extra green chutney. To our surprise, the staff outright refused, insisting that additional chutney would require an extra payment.
This unexpected response left a sour taste in our mouths, literally and figuratively. Hospitality is about more than just the food; it's about the overall experience. Unfortunately, this incident has made us reconsider our choice to dine at Momoz Hub in the future.
Customer service plays a crucial role in the restaurant industry, and the way this situation was handled was disappointing. We believe in fair treatment and courtesy, especially for loyal customers.
Regrettably, we won't be recommending Momoz Hub to others based on this recent encounter. Hoping for improved service and customer relations...
Read moreI visited the momoz hub on 21 may. Ambience of the place is not bad . Food is ok ,I ordered 2-3 types of momos .veg steamed momos were literally tasteless.tandoori and fried momos were just ok. But my biggest complaint is that they do not provide you water .and you are forced to purchase bottled water. There is no option for regular water. They know it's peak summer in May and PPL need water so people have no option but to buy water from them .when the bill came .the water bottle was priced for rs 30/- and it wasn't bisleri also ,some local brand. Which is unfair trade practice. Its not about paying 10/- extra but it's like a cheating by the outlet.I know most of the PPL won't bother about it,that's the reason these outlets are fearless and overcharge their customers. Very Bad...
Read morebefore you read, i only tried momos here.
so in context of momos i tried here, they are way above normal taste and experiences that you might expect, also they have few varieties to try from which i must say all stands in one delicious line if we compare but my personal favorite is "kurkure cheese momos",
now speaking about price, i first hesitated to try but once i did, it occured to me say NO to some spendings and save it for here..which i find is financially okay as i use this approach to try new things once the target amount is saved.
price range here is from ₹100-150 to ₹200-300 for momo items but you ll love it and might feel price not justified but okay to come again and spend here because TASTE brings you back as happened in my...
