I was really disappointed with my experience at U and Me. The service was unprofessional and below expectations from the very start. The staff seemed uninterested and inattentive, and it took an unusually long time just to get basic requests acknowledged. When I tried to raise concerns politely, the response felt dismissive rather than helpful.

The lack of courtesy and attentiveness made the whole outing frustrating rather than enjoyable. A dining experience or service interaction should leave customers feeling valued, but unfortunately, this was the opposite. I hope the management reflects on this and makes real improvements, because good service is just as important as the food or atmosphere. I had a very disappointing experience at U and Me. The service was extremely poor from start to finish. When we placed our order, we were told the food would be ready in about 10 minutes. Instead, we ended up waiting for nearly an entire hour before anything arrived.

On top of the delay, there was no proper communication or apology from the staff. They seemed uninterested and dismissive, making the experience even more frustrating. A restaurant should value its customers’ time and set realistic expectations, but sadly, that was not...

I visited U & Me soya chap restaurant which is located on Panchwati Circle, Raja Park Jaipur is the best restaurant for vegetarian. The dishes are made delicious and splendid in test. This restaurant is the best option for those who want to get rid of non veg. The owner of U & Me made best efforts to serve dishes as a substitute of non veg. I personally advise people of country to visit once U & Me restaurant to test the dishes. You will not be disappointed.
