Al Baik — Restaurant in Jammu and Kashmir

This restaurant is a disgrace to customer service. Almost every time I order here, they make the same careless mistake — only giving me part of what I paid for. This time was the last straw. I ordered two burgers, paid for two, and received only one. When I pointed this repeated blunder out to the manager Manzoor, he responded with shockingly unprofessional behavior, screaming instead of taking responsibility for his constant errors.

This level of incompetence and disrespect is intolerable. He clearly has no regard for accuracy or customer respect, and it's shameful. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this place at all costs if you expect even the bare...

Absolutely pathetic! Be it food or service, totally not worth a penny. Received a half order without sauce/mayo. Chicken popcorn and fries were okayish, but chicken chizza was horrible, and tasted terrible. Staff was leaving customers unattended even after several requests for tissue papers and dips. I wouldn't even give it 1 star. Btw here is a pic of me pouring ketchup since there were no dippin bowls. 🤣

Edit: Since the owner claims I wanted a dip of 40rs, nah, I only wanted sauce/ketchup, which I received in sachet (1rs) after 20 mins of order. My order costed 680rupees (Fries, Popcorn, Chizza, Cold drink), don't lie I only...
