Totally worth coming here. The prices are reasonable, and the quality of the products was good. However, there are a few areas where improvements could be made to enhance the overall experience.

First, as per the price, the variety of vegetarian food items should be increased. The current selection is somewhat limited and could benefit from more diverse and flavorful options. This would greatly appeal to vegetarian customers looking for more choices.

Secondly, the service needs serious improvement. We experienced delays in getting our orders, and the staff seemed overwhelmed during peak hours. Additionally, the air conditioning was not working, which made the initial part of our visit uncomfortable. It’s crucial to ensure that the facilities are fully functional, especially during warmer weather.

On a positive note, after about half an hour, the staff did eventually relocate us to a better seating area. This showed their willingness to address our concerns and improve our experience. The new seating area was more comfortable and made a significant difference in our overall enjoyment. While the ambiance and service have room for improvement, the reasonable prices and quality of the products make it a decent place to visit. Never disappoints. One of the best Buffett places in Jammu. The starters are amazing unlike just a piece of fried stuff. They really kick it off from the start itself. The main course is no less, equally delicious recipes prepared by the cooks. Staff is really polite and listens to customer needs. Management of staff seems to put a good thought in how to serve the customers well. Spacious, can be booked for parties and functions in advance. Must visit. Timings - lunch till 4 and reopens for dinner at 7. Around 550-600 per plate for non-veg and a bit lesser for veg.

Edit -1. They have increased their buffet rates by 200 as far as I know.

I m also a chef working with marriot group . Chef de cuisine of Indian chef . But my experience was not good they r not good food .. raw meat raw chicken .. frozen food they r serving . Totally waste of money . Service guy was also not good at the entrenched . Highly not recommended u to go and have food and waste ur money .they didn't provide food bill and they asked for money I asked them for bill they said our bill machine is not working . Hows it's is possible . Actually I think manager want to stole the money and cheat his owner , actually 3 more birthday party was going on there so he will manage me and wife count on that and cheats his owner this is my presumption it's might be wrong but how can they said u pay money on google pay on his personal nub and u will not get the bill on this .
