Ganpati Food Junction Best Restaraunt — Restaurant in Jammu and Kashmir

Service is a serious issue.. Colleagues with me complained to the boss and he just ignored. Food was okay okay. But an okay food with such a worst service is absolutely not okay. If you look into the faces of the waiters you will realise that even with a single glass of water you will get his killing expression in free.

The reason behind this could be they have large customers, may be due to the location or being only single restaurant in the vicinity or anything else. That is why they don't care about the service.

Let me explain you the order in which you serve the food. He will give you food, He will then come back with plates after 3minutes which is totally opposite to case generally. There was no water in the table ( they might be taking care of you by serving water after u finish ur meal, hahhaah joking) Call them if u r thirsty.

After our flight landed we were searching for a good restaurant and an auto took us here. I think this was the best thing that happened to us because not only we got really good food to eat but the owner Jaidev ji helped us to get a cab for our whole trip. We had booked a taxi for Dalhousie and that driver stopped answering our calls. We were stuck and had hotel booking already done at Dalhousie. Jaidev ji quickly arranged a cab and not only that, he remained present at the same place until the driver arrived and he also ensured we get the cab at best price. after 15 mins two glasses of coldrink were delivered along with fresh lime soda which was absolutely flat .on requesting ice they got single cube seriously single cube of ice and said no ice is available.then when they add coldrink more it was all white powdery coldrink .afghani champ wahi h was ordered as it was the dish of the day never eaten such salty hard non tasty dish of the day of any restaurant. ordered dosa which was cold ..when a customer pays more than 1000 rs atleast be decent .. the sauce given with champ was stale and smelly .overall you can't run a hotel if u aren't persistent in ur quality . complete waste of...
