Grub and Games: A Perfect Soft Playground for Kids' Birthdays
I recently hosted my niece's birthday at Grub and Games, and it was a fantastic experience for kids aged from infants to 10 years. The food was exceptional:
Lebanese Platter: Everything was up to the mark, especially the malai soya chaap. Fries: Kids' favorite and now mine too—crispy perfection. Hakka Noodles with Chilli Paneer: Tasted as it should, spot on. Pizzas: Tried the farm cut and paneer pizzas—cooked smoky and soft with a drizzle of truffle oil. Sushi Boat: Nicely prepared, exceeded expectations. Tandoori Platter: Presented on a cute hot air balloon platter, each item was delightful. 7 . Quesadillas : good taste For the kids' menu, we had fries, Kit Kat shake, pasta, mini cheese pizzas, and dessert, all of which the kids relished.
The play zone was colorful and had a good quality playroom, making the venue perfect for a kids' birthday party. The arcade area which icludes claw game , car game much more for kids and adults is great timepass for host and family members too which ——A unique touch that I appreciated was the provision of separate food boxes for helpers (maids or helps) who come with kids, making it easier for the host to serve or allowing anyone who didn't want to eat to take it home.
Overall, it was a great experience. The owners managed everything well as ——-BUT the staff was little new but I hope it will get better under expert owners ——and even grub and games gave a gift to my niece. Highly recommend Grub and Games for a fun-filled kids' birthday...
Read moreWe visited this place on the 7th to celebrate the birthday of my son along with his friend. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a mentally traumatic experience for us.
One of the staff members, Ms. Monica, audaciously responded, "I tried stopping your child, but he didn’t listen" — we’re talking about a 2.5-year-old toddler. Due to sheer negligence, he ended up with a visible bruise under his eye.
What shocked us even more was the third-class system in place. Unlike other well-managed play zones, parents were not allowed to accompany their children inside — a rule that clearly contributed to this incident.
When we reported the issue to the manager, he was at least respectful and understanding, and did apologize sincerely for the incident.
Our sincere advice to other parents: Never leave your toddlers unattended here. And a word of constructive feedback: Please train your staff — especially those handling young kids. Visit better-run play zones and observe how they operate. This is not just about play; it’s about safety and care.
We’re deeply disappointed and will never return — nor recommend this...
Read more⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I celebrated my son’s birthday here, and it turned out to be such a wonderful experience! They have indoor games, though limited, they are just right for small kids and kept them entertained. The food is absolutely outstanding, and the service is equally amazing. Our waiter, Naiz, was truly exceptional; kind, attentive, and very welcoming. I also had the opportunity to meet Chef Sashi Arora, who was just as warm and passionate about the food he creates. Honestly, from the waiter to the manager to the chef, everyone here makes you feel special. A must-try is their pineapple chutney (I actually came back twice just to have it again!) and their stuffed mushrooms, kadhai paneer and Rar Gosht are simply out of this world. Being from the U.S., I’ve been craving good food for a while, and this place has become my one-stop destination whenever I’m here. Highly recommended for both the food and...
