ELEVEN SPICES CHANNI | BEST INDIAN RESTAURANT | BEST RESTAURANT IN JAMMU | TOP RESTAURANT IN JAMMU — Restaurant in Jammu and Kashmir

I am coming to Jammu on vacation and visited this restaurant which is on a corner. My experience was unpleasant, the restaurant is nice inside but outside it is terrible. I was able to observe that all the food and other waste was thrown away in the corner of the restaurant without any awareness for the environment or diners. How is it possible that if you are the owner of a large restaurant you care little about the quality of cleaning? I could also see that the cooks had the door open at the back of the kitchen, but what's going on? That door is left open every day they open and the mosquitoes that accumulate from all that waste that they throw away without mercy enter through the door into the kitchen and even worse into the dining room (I ordered some quesadillas and there were mosquitoes flying) obviously, If all the garbage is thrown aside. Even worse!!! That garbage that they throw away without MERCY, OR RESPECT FOR THE ENVIRONMENT, OR THEIR DINNERS. It is always filled with cows, dogs, cats, birds and the SMELL, it is unbearable. This leaves a lot to be desired, which is why there are so many diseases. It's a shame that they only care about money and not about providing quality, cleanliness, and friendliness service. I don't know who runs this business but to much careless...

I was quiet sceptical on going there because of the bad reviews in instagram but to my surprise ,i enjoyed going there with my friends.

1. Food Quality 4/5 - The Food was tasty as compared to the 11 spices Gandhi Nagar , especially The corn and Paneer Tikka in the starters and Dal makhani in the main course

2)Ambience 3/5 - It had less space to accommodate people in comparison to that of Gol market but the Ambience and environment was pretty decent , The single problem was that you donot get much privacy as everyone can listen to their surrounding tables easily

3. Cleanliness 4/5 - It was cleaned properly ,the floors , washroom , Even outside of the saegos too

4. Service 4/5 - The service was quite slow in the starting but after 1 round of starters ,it became quick the waiters came to ask before we finish our pending food and The waiters , Manager everyone behaved properly with us

5. Budget friendly 5/5 - The most important thing is that this buffet is budget friendly as they are also having buy 2 get 1 buffet free scheme ,if you a group of 3 aur 6 then you can really go there and spend quality time with your friends but don't go there in weekends or at night as it has very less accommodation

Overall - 4 / 5 , a good place to have Party with...

I had the worst buffet experience at this place. Tried veg buffet in dinner. There was not a single appetizer that was up to the mark. Some things were overly spicy and some were totally bland. Tried asking the staff to make a thing or two as required but to no use. Othet buffet places like Pirates and Barbeque Nation actually ask you if you need something as per your need or taste, but this place was totally opposite. Main course was also equally bad.
